This simple truth governs your life, your dreams, and your success.


But I'm not saying your beliefs formed out of nowhere. Many of them stem from real experiences that have shaped your thoughts, decisions, and actions. Yet, if you're ready to step into alignment with your true purpose and desires, it’s crucial to assess those beliefs and decide if they’re helping or hindering your growth.


Beliefs, after all, start as thoughts. Over time, they snowball into words, actions, habits, behaviors, values, and eventually your destiny.

They define your core identity and influence how you interact with the world, in your relationships, and how you approach your business, dreams, and personal ambitions.


But what happens when these beliefs are outdated or, worse, limiting you? If your current patterns are keeping you stuck, it's time to shift them.

What Are Limiting Beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves that hold us back from achieving our highest potential. These beliefs can originate from past experiences, societal expectations, or internalized fears.

How do you know you're holding onto limiting beliefs?

Look for these signs:

  • Repeating patterns that keep you feeling small

  • Negative beliefs about yourself and your ability to succeed

  • Feeling powerless in your relationships or career

  • Self-sabotaging thoughts like “I’m not good enough” or “I can’t do that”


Holding on to these beliefs costs you opportunities, dreams, and the life you're truly meant to live. They can block the flow of abundance, confidence, and happiness—keeping you stuck in the same place.

How to Release Limiting Beliefs and Step Into Your Power

If you're ready to overcome limiting beliefs step into your light and claim the success, happiness, and alignment that you deserve, here are some steps you can take:


  1. Identify the belief: What belief is limiting you? How is it keeping you from where you want to be?

  2. Pinpoint its origin: Where did this belief come from? Was it helpful at one point but no longer serves you?

  3. Recognize why you want to change it: What will releasing this belief bring into your life? How will it feel to live without it?

  4. Create a new belief: Craft a new, empowering belief. Something that feels aligned with who you are now, and supports your goals.

  5. Reinforce your new belief: Every opportunity you get, affirm your new belief. Live it, breathe it, act as though it’s already true—because it is.

Align Your Beliefs with Your Soul’s Purpose

Remember, what you believe, you achieve.

When your beliefs are aligned with your soul’s highest purpose, magic happens. But there’s a catch—your actions must also align with those beliefs. You can't expect to create a thriving business if your internal beliefs are stuck in scarcity and lack.


Take it from me—one of the biggest lessons I learned on my journey was that I subconsciously limited myself. I’d allow myself to reach a certain level of success or happiness, and then fear would creep in, telling me I didn’t deserve it. I’d sabotage myself, repeating the same cycles of thoughts and behaviors that kept me small.


This cycle lasted for years. Even with my training in psychology, therapy, and my deep spiritual practice, I couldn’t see how a part of me was clinging to a belief that didn’t serve me. It was only when I committed to releasing it that I could break free and step into my true potential.
