Refer this woman when…
She’s self-aware, capable and often already doing the work but something deeper keeps pulling her back into the same patterns.
She keeps circling the same issue
There’s insight, conversation and action but somehow she keeps ending up back in the same place.
She knows what she should do, but can’t shift it
The problem isn’t lack of knowledge. The pattern feels stronger than the plan.
She people-pleases or over-functions
She automatically accommodates, fixes, carries or keeps the peace, even when she knows it costs her.
She struggles to know what she wants
She’s spent so long responding to everyone else that her own needs, preferences or direction feel blurry.
She’s lost herself inside her roles
Mum, partner, professional, carer, fixer, capable one but who is she underneath all of that?
The work feels deeper than mindset or accountability
You’re beginning to touch identity, nervous-system responses, old survival patterns or emotional material that sits outside the work you normally hold.
What happens when you refer someone...
1. You make the introduction
You can either introduce us directly by email/message, or simply send your client my referral link.
2. I have an initial conversation with them
I’ll speak with them about what’s going on, what they’re looking for support with, and whether my 1:1 Identity Reconnection work feels like the right fit.
3. We agree the right next step
If we’re a good fit, I’ll explain the support options clearly and we’ll decide together how to move forward.
4. I respect the existing coaching relationship
Where appropriate, I can work alongside your existing support, or provide a focused period of deeper work before the client returns to you.
You don’t need to diagnose, explain or “sell” the work for me simply recognise when something deeper
may be going on and make the connection.
